Delicious! In fact, the food is part of what differentiates the Camp No Counselors experience from a traditional camp experience. One of the major factors in how we select our camp partners is the food options and quality. While you may eat modern takes on classic camp meals at Camp No Counselors, don't expect cheesy mac and boiled hot dogs. In addition to our delicious meals, we provide vegetarian and gluten-free options, so please let us know your dietary restrictions or preferences, on your registration form. If you have any allergies or choose to eat a particular diet, we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
A typical CNC menu includes*:
8:00 am - Early Riser: Coffee & Hot Tea, fresh fruit and cereal
9:00 am - Breakfast: At breakfast we have a full spread of healthy options to start off your day on the right foot – from fresh made eggs and crispy bacon to unlimited stacks of pancakes and bagels. We also have a hand cut fresh fruit bar, a selection of yogurts, granola, cereals and always lots and lots of coffee. Plus, your Camp No Counselors breakfast comes with mimosas and Bloody Mary’s!
1:30 pm - Lunch: We often have tasty barbecues including hand made hamburgers and all- natural beef hot dogs with all the accouterments to make it just how you like it! One of our other lunch favorites is a Mexican fiesta including beef, chorizo and chicken tacos, an endless nacho bar, and quesadillas. All of our lunches are accompanied by wine and beer too! In additional to our standard menu, we also offer gluten-free, vegetarian and other options for those with dietary concerns and restrictions.
7:30 pm - Dinner: At dinner you’ll regularly find barbeque grilled chicken and ribs with corn on the cob and homemade rolls. You might even feast upon marinated skirt steak with oven roasted vegetables and baked potatoes. Don't worry, there's also a salad bar to grab some greenery! Of course, you can enjoy some drinks with your dinner by visiting the bar!
12:30 am – You never know what late night snack will show up!
