Standard Return/Exchange Policy
Didn’t love your order? In case you didn’t, reach out to us! Whether it’s a new size, color or style, or simply issuing a refund.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, merchandise must meet the following criteria and is subject to inspection by Non-Counselor upon return:
- Item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition it was received
- Item must be in original packaging
- Return date/shipping must take place within 15 days of purchase
If your return does not meet the above-mentioned criteria, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To return your item:
- E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your Order # in the subject line and proof of purchase (scan of invoice/packing slip)
- Let us know what you would like to return and why
- We’ll e-mail you an authorization form to include with your returned product shipment to:

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll e-mail you directly to confirm receipt and advise on approval of refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sale items
- Limited Edition items
- Gift Cards
- Perishable goods - such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
- Intimate/sanitary/personal care goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Items purchased at camp
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
I know what you’re thinking – I have to pay HOW MUCH to get my sweet sweatshirt? While we’d love to offer free shipping and free returns, we’re not Amazon Prime…yet. While we’re still growing – at camps across the country and online with our store – our main priority is to make sure we could bring you some CNC swag! So, for now, we hope you can understand that we cannot provide free shipping for purchases or returns as we continue to grow!
